AutoDS is seeking a talented Web & UI Designer to join one of our Marketing Growth teams

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve and update existing website pages, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and alignment with business goals.
  • Design new sections and components for landing pages, marketing funnels, and growth experiments.
  • Prepare Figma files optimized for developer handoff, including responsive states and all required assets.
  • Maintain and evolve visual layouts across AutoDS and sister brands while adhering to established design systems.
Collaboration & Workflow
  • Work closely with the WordPress Developer to ensure accurate implementation of designs, responsive styling, and smooth user experiences.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and content stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into design solutions.
  • Participate in A/B testing initiatives by designing test variations and iterating based on results.
Optimization & Growth
  • Create design concepts and wireframes focused on conversion optimization and user engagement.
  • Support ongoing experiments including hero redesigns, landing page improvements, UI modifications, and promotional pages.
  • Apply SEO and CRO best practices to all web design outputs.
Creative Production
  • Create eye-catching featured images for blog articles across our websites
  • Design high-performing YouTube thumbnails optimized for CTR and aligned with the brand style.
  • Produce social media banners and promotional creatives for events, announcements, and product releases.
  • Update and maintain Canva templates and creative briefs by adding new sections, layouts, and design variations.
  • Develop lightweight visual assets such as icons, badges, and UI elements for marketing and web initiatives.
Project Participation
  • Communicate progress and collaborate through Asana and internal meetings.
  • Manage design deliverables in alignment with growth timelines and rapid experimentation cycles.
Required Skills
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in web and UI/UX design
  • Proficient in English
Design Tools & Capabilities
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design, grid systems, and layout principles.
  • Ability to create clean, conversion-focused designs aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Experience creating high-fidelity UI for marketing funnels and landing pages.
UX & Web Principles
  • Solid understanding of user behavior, heuristics, and UX best practices.
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles and mobile-first design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SEO-influenced design decisions such as content hierarchy and page structure.
Collaboration With Developers
  • Experience working with WordPress developers and understanding implementation limitations.
  • Ability to prepare organized, developer-friendly design handoffs (components, styles, assets, states).
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Advantageous)
  • Experience with visual A/B testing tools such as VWO or Google Optimize.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS (basic level) to communicate efficiently with developers.
  • Experience designing for multilingual websites.
