Technical/Functional Skills:-
Support / Install web sphere QMGR's on MQ Appliance Distributed Unix env's
Install / Upgrade / Configure IBM Integration Bus
Auto Deploy Code to IBM Integration Bus
Troubleshoot MQ issues related to message driven beans
MQ Security & HA
Migrate QMGR's from Distributed env to MQ Appliance
Knowledge of Change, service, incident and problem management
Support common MQ errors and resolve
Apply patches and upgrades on a regular basis
Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures, Automation of
routine jobs
L1&L2 support activities experience
Daily maintenance, monitoring
24/7 - on call support
Generic Managerial Skills
Good communication skills
