Web Production Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Web Production Marketing Manager. In this role, you will oversee the web production team, ensuring the seamless execution of website content and experiences. You will drive operational efficiencies, refine workflows, and lead the roadmap for feature functionality to enhance content production and management. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a passion for continuous improvement in web production processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and mentor a team of web producers and web project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Drive the strategy and roadmap for website features and functionalities that improve content management efficiency and the overall site experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and UX teams to ensure alignment on website enhancements and content needs.
  • Optimize workflows and processes to enhance team productivity and streamline content production.
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely execution of website updates and projects.
  • Act as a key stakeholder and decision-maker in website production, ensuring that all web updates align with business goals and brand standards.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and content governance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in web production technologies, best practices, and development strategies to drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the roadmap for web production by prioritizing and implementing website enhancements that improve content publishing efficiency.
  • Oversee and manage the web production team, ensuring the effective execution of content updates, site improvements, and workflow efficiencies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and IT/web development, managing requests, defining requirements, and setting stakeholder expectations.
  • Work within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to build and update website pages and experience fragments, ensuring all content meets brand and accessibility standards.
  • Implement and enforce best practices for content structuring, tagging, and governance to drive consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the web performance team to align marketing campaign narratives with the website experience and KPIs.
  • Provide clear and proactive communication to stakeholders regarding website updates, roadmap progress, and key initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high standards of execution in web production.

Experience You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing websites with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team of web producers and project managers.
  • Strong expertise in content management workflows, web production processes, and operational best practices.
  • Experience in defining and executing feature and functionality roadmaps to improve web content production and publishing efficiency.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive results.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement.

Open and proactive communication, with an uncanny ability to actively listen to help understand what requesters are trying to solve so the team can deliver the solutions possible.This role is pivotal in ensuring our website remains a high-performing, scalable, and engaging platform, while also building and leading a strong web production team to execute efficiently and effectively.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
