The Role

BTC Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Web Operations Manager to help manage and maintain our growing digital ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Webmaster, you’ll ensure our websites, storefronts, and integrations run smoothly across platforms and geographies. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our WordPress and Webflow sites, managing hosting and DNS infrastructure, and supporting new international web launches. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone developing technical mastery and operational ownership, curiosity to learn, and a passion for improving systems that power Bitcoin’s global reach.

The Work
  • Maintain and update WordPress and Webflow CMS websites, ensuring uptime, quality, and consistency across platforms.
  • Support Shopify storefront management, product updates, and integrations.
  • Manage hosting environments (WP Engine, Kinsta, etc.) and oversee DNS/domain configurations through Cloudflare and domain registrars.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across CMS, plugins, and hosting systems.
  • Assist with tool administration (Google Workspace, Zapier, and other SaaS platforms).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content updates are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Support international expansion and localization efforts across web properties.
  • Help design and maintain automation workflows that streamline publishing and site operations.
  • Provide general technical assistance to the broader team as needed.
Your Experience
  • 1–3 years managing or maintaining WordPress and/or Webflow websites.
  • Familiarity with Shopify storefronts and integrations.
  • Understanding of hosting environments and DNS/domain management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and Zapier (or similar automation tools).
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SEO best practices and site performance optimization.
  • Bonus: Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
