The Web Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of Alo’s ecommerce operations. This position is responsible for driving pricing execution across global markets, managing inventory to ensure launch readiness and ongoing stock availability, and maintaining fulfillment performance that meets customer expectations. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Planning, Allocation, Logistics, Engineering, and CX to support product launches, replenishment, and day-to-day site health. The ideal candidate brings strong operational expertise, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset to deliver a seamless experience for both the business and the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute and oversee price updates and hardmarks across global Shopify storefronts, ensuring accurate and regionally aligned international pricing between site and POS locations.
  • Partner with Tech teams to streamline and automate pricing workflows, minimizing manual effort during hardmarks, seasonal updates, and international market launches.
  • Oversee incoming POs to secure inventory ahead of launches, tracking omni receipt rates, flagging at-risk styles, and coordinating with teams to accelerate deliveries or adjust web/store reserves.
  • Maintain stock health by prioritizing replenishment POs, monitoring sellout risks, and surfacing back-in-stock opportunities for campaign and site placement.
  • Oversee the integration of inventory systems with the ecommerce platform to maintain accurate stock levels and product availability across warehouses. Ability to partner with Engineering and OMS teams to resolve any inventory discrepancies that arise.
  • Uphold a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring order fulfillment meets SLAs and on-time delivery rates align with expectations, identifying gaps and collaborating with Tech and Logistics to drive improvements.
  • Analyze and balance warehouse splits and split shipments, identifying deviations from targets and executing corrective actions through transfers and allocation adjustments.
  • Strong ability to tackle complex logistical and operational challenges with a strategic mindset, creating scalable solutions that improve our overall experience.
  • Work closely with teams across planning, allocation, buying, warehouse and CX to ensure efforts align with broader business goals. Foster strong inter-departmental relationships to drive efficiency and performance.


                   QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in web operations and inventory management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in web tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills to effectively organize and analyze data.
  • Strong understanding of web-based systems and inventory management processes, with proven ability to maintain accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and optimize operational performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,00 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
