About the job

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Web Marketing Manager to oversee key digital initiatives such as an end to end website migration and redesign, new CMS vendor procurement and onboarding, agency management, and SEO/SEM/CRO. This role will also focus on analytics and measurement to optimize performance and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams like sales, product, design, engineering, customer success and other marketing partners.

A day in the life

  1. Website Migration & CMS Vendor Selection

    • Manage the end-to-end process of website migration to ensure a seamless transition with minimal downtime

    • Own the procurement process, define business requirements for the new CMS platform and evaluate vendors based on scalability, usability, and SEO capabilities

    • Collaborate with PMM, IT, engineering, design, content and agency resources to ensure data integrity and functionality during migration

  2. SEO/SEM/CRO

    • Develop and implement CRO and SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase traffic, and website conversions

    • Manage SEM budget and campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization and competitor analysis to maximize ROI

    • Build out long term strategy to scale growth aligning with business goals and execute on deliverables necessary

  3. Website Redesign

    • Influence the website redesign process by providing strategic input on UX, SEO, and CRO while ensuring brand guidelines are met

    • Partner with web developers internally and externally, designers, and content creators to ensure the redesigned website improves engagement and conversion rates

    • Create and actively own KPIs for mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and performance optimization

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Develop relationships with sales, engineering, operations, product, IT, and marketing teams to align digital strategies with broader business goals

    • Provide insights from web analytics to inform product positioning, sales enablement strategies, operational frameworks, and marketing campaigns

    • Create a framework for stakeholders to work with you and ensure deliverables are properly scoped out and delivered with a standard of high quality on the agreed upon timelines

  5. Measurement & Analytics

    • Monitor and report on key web performance metrics related to general website health, technical SEO, SEO, SEM, and CRO

    • Build out the entire analytics framework for Web/SEO by being an expert in the tools and systems currently in use along with what you will procure and onboard

    • Present actionable insights to executive and cross-functional stakeholders to bring visibility into high level performance and drive continuous improvement across digital channels respectively

You will thrive in this role if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in web marketing or digital marketing roles with ownership of the website

  • Growth focus with a track record of helping businesses grow through best in class website, SEO, and SEM management

  • Experience in website migrations, CMS procurement, and vendor management

  • Previously built an end to end web analytics framework using tools like Google Analytics/SEMrush and CMS platforms like Webflow, Hubspot, or Contentful

  • Ability to take raw data and create always on dashboards and provide ways to visualize the data in ways that matter to your individual stakeholders

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS with the ability to communicate appropriately to those who do and to those who don’t have this knowledge

  • Expertise in managing budgets across procured systems, agency support, and campaigns

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize needle-moving projects without letting things fall through the cracks

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of $145,000-$160,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
