Join Us at Gloo: Connecting the Faith Ecosystem with Advanced Technologies
At Gloo, we believe that a connected and thriving faith community can change the world, one life at a time. We recognize the faith ecosystem is broad and diverse. It includes churches, parachurch ministries and thousands of non-faith based organizations committed to advancing the flourishing of people. Our purpose is simple yet profound: to release the passion in every person to be all they were created to be.
We are a mission-driven organization, guided by four core principles:
  • Shape Technology for Good: Whether it's AI tools, dashboards, or communication tools, we empower leaders with values-aligned solutions that amplify their missional impact.
  • Serve Those Who Serve: From pastors and donors to network leaders and content creators-we're passionate about providing technology that helps them do more of what they are called to do.
  • Release Collective Strength: We connect the diverse faith ecosystem-churches, parachurch ministries and thousands of non-faith based organizations committed to advancing the flourishing of people-so they can achieve more together than they could alone.
  • Enable Trusted Exchange: Trust is the foundation of a connected faith community. We enable transparency, digital rights management, and simplicity to foster confident collaboration.

We are looking for talented, purpose-driven individuals to join our team as we create innovative technology solutions that inspire and empower people to release the passion in every person, including you, to be all they were created to be. If you're ready to make an impact with your talents and skills toward this purpose, we'd love to hear from you!
The Opportunity:
Gloo is searching for a Web Experience Manager who lives at the intersection of digital strategy, user experience, and performance optimization. This role will own the web presence for Gloo - managing our sites and landing pages end-to-end to ensure they're fast, intuitive, accessible, and conversion-ready.
This role is built for someone who's half marketer, half product owner. You're focused on creating the best user experience for website visitors, with a passion for expressing ideas in a winsome, compelling, and conversion-forward way. As a curious experimenter, a performance analyst, and a UX thinker, you understand how content, design, and performant pages impact real business results. You love data, get excited about testing and validating great UX, and see every webpage as a story waiting to convert.
What You'll Do:
  • Own Gloo websites and public-facing web assets - ensuring content is current, UX is seamless, and design is aligned with our brand.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize for SEO, page performance, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile responsiveness.
  • Build and launch landing pages and campaign-specific content in collaboration with marketing, content, and demand generation teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders, designers, and marketers to implement new pages and troubleshoot issues quickly.
  • Analyze traffic, bounce rates, page speed, time on page, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and SEMrush - then act on what you find.
  • Use insights from A/B testing, heatmaps, and behavioral flows to recommend and drive UX improvements.
  • Maintain clean site architecture, clear navigation, and tag hygiene across pages and CMS tools (WordPress and others).
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of what makes modern websites successful, and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Be ready to flex - whether you're publishing a new product page or quickly responding to a stakeholder's last-minute web ask.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5+ years managing complex, performance-driven websites.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Wix, & Squarespace - big bonus points for Framer experience.
  • Proven track record of improving bounce rate, session duration, conversion rate, or other key web performance metrics.
Familiar with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and tag managers.
  • Strong understanding of content hierarchy, UX principles, and digital marketing KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - you don't need to code daily, but you understand what's under the hood.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams - design, development, marketing, product, and leadership.
  • Curious, adaptable, and detail-oriented - able to juggle competing priorities and pivot quickly.
  • Excellent written communication and editorial instincts - your work is clean, clear, and compelling.
  • Hybrid thinker - part marketer, part strategist, part digital builder.

Job Location: Remote in the U.S.
Compensation: $95,000 - 125,000
Our Team Members Enjoy:
  • Competitive compensation and discretionary performance bonus commensurate with experience
  • Flexible PTO policy and state-compliant sick leave to support your well-being
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with up to 90% coverage for employees
  • Generous employer HSA contributions for HDHP elections
  • Employer-sponsored 401k program with a 2% employer match
  • Learning & Development stipend available after 6 months of employment
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • A dynamic, talented team, dedicated to changing the world and building an incredible business
  • Onsite and virtual social events to keep us connected in our hybrid work environment

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. At this time, Gloo is only able to consider candidates who are U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents.
Gloo is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all candidates. If you require a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please contact us at [email protected] to let us know how we can support you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
