We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer who’s excited to work with cutting-edge B2B clients, loves solving problems, and wants to grow into a versatile and confident technical expert.

We are looking for extensive experience in WordPress and HubSpot CMS, so if you have experience with one, but not the other, this will not be a great fit. If you have experience with both, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and optimize WordPress and HubSpot websites to ensure top performance, security, and user experience. 
  • Improve website speed and functionality, leveraging tools like WP Rocket and best coding practices. 
  • Implement technical fixes and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless website operations. 
  • Build and refine custom pages and templates based on Figma design files. 
  • Develop and customize HubSpot themes, templates, pages, and modules, ensuring smooth functionality and integrations. 
  • Collaborate with our designers, copywriters, and SEO specialists to deliver high-quality, conversion-driven websites and landing pages.  
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions, such as FTP and staging site access, hosting, etc. to clients and non-technical team members. 
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, meeting deadlines and proactively identifying areas for improvement. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • Strong experience in WordPress and HubSpot CMS development. 
  • Proven ability to improve website performance and implement technical optimizations. 
  • Experience working with Figma for design-to-development workflows. 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot APIs and integrations. 
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with a remote team. 

Nice-to-Have 

  • Experience with WP Rocket or other website speed optimization tools. 
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for web development. 
  • Previous experience in a marketing or agency environment.
