Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads, building rapport, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle objections professionally while meeting daily performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Follow approved call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.
- Record accurate call notes and update customer information in the CRM.
- Conduct follow-up calls when necessary.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable making 100–300+ outbound calls per day.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, or similar.
- Familiarity with dialer such as Air call, RingCentral, Five9, ReadyMode, or similar is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection, noise-free workspace, and quality headset.
