Operations Coordinator

              The WAV Operations Coordinator supports daily operations by assisting management 
in coordinating teams, ensuring smooth task execution, and maintaining effective 
communication. This role upholds safety and customer service standards, supports employee 
training and development, and promotes a respectful team-oriented work environment. 
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist management in leading daily operations, ensuring efficient communication and 
smooth execution of tasks.
• Work alongside and lead WAV Monitors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and 
effective problem-solving in real time.
• Assist management with new employee training to ensure that all incoming WAV 
Monitors have knowledge and support, while all incoming drivers understand operational 
excellence.
Additional Duties:
• Lead by example on customer service skills and safety protocols for all employees, by 
fostering a customer-first mindset and maintaining vehicle maintenance reporting.
• Take initiative to fast-paced and dynamic situations by being on the front lines of any 
operational needs.
General Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, 
value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.
• Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used 
within the company. 
• Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance. 
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.
