Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain deionized water systems, wastewater treatment facilities, and sewage treatment plants according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections, tests, and monitoring of treatment processes to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, calibration, and equipment checks to keep systems running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot issues in deionized water systems, wastewater treatment plants, and STP facilities using structured problem-solving approaches and AI-supported diagnostics where available, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage chemical usage, inventory, and storage in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and maintenance staff, to identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades.
- Keep accurate records of operational data, maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Enforce to health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in water treatment, environmental engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining deionized water systems, wastewater treatment facilities, or sewage treatment plants, with at least 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and chemical handling practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to water treatment, wastewater discharge, and environmental compliance.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance activities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
