Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for a Vice President - Wholesale.  

How Do You Fit In? 

We are searching for a dynamic VP Wholesale, with a proven track record, to create and drive the growth of the Fabletics brand.  

The VP, Wholesale will act as a key executive building and scaling a category-defining brand navigating the brand through a new phase of growth via wholesale channel expansion.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a strategic roadmap for our wholesale business with existing accounts as well as fostering and scaling relationships with new accounts.  

This position will report to the Senior Vice President – Global Business Development  

What You Will Do: 

  • You will lead employees at all levels and oversee multiple departments within a function. 

  • Create a roadmap to accelerate the growth of the business with our existing accounts and new channels of distribution including, but not limited to, domestic wholesale accounts.  

  • Identify and lead go-to-market plan, and business execution for wholesale business, requiring a strong working knowledge of all facets of retail management (e.g. operational and financial strategy, planning, customer service, business operations, visual merchandising, etc.)  

  • This role will own and help integrate processes including but limited to product ordering, invoicing, sales reporting, inventory management

  • Define roles and responsibilities, optimal team structure, setting forth KPI’s to track overall contribution to revenue growth.   

  • Develop plans and strategies for the wholesale business to achieve the company’s sales goals and profitability targets. Identify, pitch and manage negotiations for new wholesale partners and evaluate relationships with existing partners. 

  • Ownership of the annual revenue budget & annual marketing budget, and other expenses 

  • Build and oversee annual budgets for: travel, M&E, shows, conferences, end of season 

  • Partner with Planning to oversee wholesale profit and loss by account and total wholesale to net budget plan 

  • Partner with design/merchandising to develop proper assortment, SKU plan, category expansion opportunities. 

  • Build the annual wholesale marketing budget with wholesale marketing manager. 

What You Can Bring: 

  • 15+ years wholesale experience, specifically within fashion/apparel.  

  • Demonstrated ability to drive business development opportunities utilizing a current roster of key account relationships.  

  • Demonstrated understanding of the operations and financials of a wholesale business including P&L management and in-depth analysis of product performance and selling 

  • You have strong retail math acumen, including elements of markup, margin planning, open to buy, inventory productivity measures, and assortment planning. 

  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment where flexibility is a key component. 

  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills.

*Varied for retail, fulfillment and fully remote roles. 

The annual base salary range for this position is from $195,900-$280,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
