Who You’ll Work With:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Private Wealth Talent Acquisition Team. The Private Wealth Management Talent Acquisition team strives to create the best possible candidate experience and partners with hiring managers at all levels of the firm to translate business needs into a sourcing and talent acquisition strategy.
 

What You’ll Do:

As a critical member of the Private Wealth Talent Acquisition team, this role will be responsible for identifying and attracting Wealth Advisor talent for the company’s Private Client business throughout the United States. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play the role of researcher, relationship builder, and career ambassador. Through collaborative and strategic working relationships with senior business leaders, you will provide a consultative approach to workforce planning by effectively anticipating organizational talent needs/gaps and, subsequently working to develop and execute a strategy to source a network of advisor candidate pools to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

Proactive Pipeline Development & Market Mapping:

  • Build always-on pipelines across competitor firms
  • Conduct structured market mapping and maintain long-term passive relationships
  • Align candidate pipeline health with future hiring needs.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Insight:

  • Provide insights on advisor movement, compensation, and competitors.
  • Deliver recommendations using market data.

End-to-End Execution & Candidate Experience:

  • Partner with local leadership to craft an immersive recruitment experience
  • Handle large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
  • Partner with Finance, Legal and internal departments to deliver a smooth onboarding experience
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

Strategic Talent Partnership:

  • Serve as a talent advisor to Managing Directors
  • Co-develop hiring strategies aligned to growth goals
  • Lead consultative intake sessions and define advisor profiles.
  • Assist with translating business goals into workforce plans.
  • Build collaborative, trusted relationships with key internal business partners to work effectively at all levels within the company

 

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of advisor recruiting experience. Additionally, the candidate should possess:

  • Proven experience in leading all phases of the recruiting process for wealth advisors, including origination, due diligence, negotiation, and financial modeling
  • A track record of successfully recruiting high-caliber talent, even during periods of significant volume and high expectations of service quality and fast-paced delivery
  • Excellent client service focus, with the ability to develop effective partnerships both inside and outside of the organization
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a growing team, with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • A heightened sense of urgency, responsiveness, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • High levels of intellectual curiosity, accountability, integrity, and judgment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Workday Recruiting, is a plus

Salary Disclosure (Insert only if roles are to be located or posted in CA, CO, CT, CHI, BOS, MN, NJ, NY, SEA, WDC)

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum annual salary for this role is as follows:

Base Salary Range: $175,000 to $210,000

Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base salary is just one component of total compensation at AB, which may include, depending on eligibility, commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives and Department-specific awards. In addition, AB provides a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, sick and vacation time off
