Job Summary 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Senior Leader to lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for our clients. In this role, you will focus on leading and optimizing client onboarding and implementation processes, driving speed, efficiency, standardization, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities  

  • Reduce end-to-end implementation timelines through proactive planning, parallel workstreams, and process enhancements.
  • Minimize complexity and touchpoints by clearly defining internal and client roles and responsibilities.
  • Drive early buy-in thorough client requirement gathering to ensure alignment before technical execution.
  • Introduce quality control gates and audit checkpoints throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Standardize documentation, streamline decision points, and limit unnecessary client configuration options.
  • Champion best practices and operational consistency across teams.
  • Identify and eliminate internal process bottlenecks, including redundant approval layers, to accelerate delivery. 
  • Success will be measured by overall contract to revenue time, the percentage of ACV achieved, along with onboarding NPS scores derived from clients after go-live.

Required Skills and Qualifications  

  • 10+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, program management, or operations—preferably within the background screening, drug testing, or health services industries, or in a SaaS-based environment. Equivalent experience may also be demonstrated through deep, hands-on expertise with DISA’s primary go-to-market platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance preferred or equivalent years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage direct reports; 5+ years of people management or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases  
  • Experience working with complex B2B clients (e.g., transportation, healthcare, or safety-sensitive industries).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and reduce time-to-value for enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, testing protocols, and customer training practices.
  • Excellent process design, documentation, and optimization skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable
