We’re Freebird — a high-growth, category-defining DTC-native and now omni-channel brand that’s scaling fast, expanding globally, into retail, and building a world-class team to match. After growing to 9-figures in revenue, we’re now laying the groundwork to double again over the next 12–24 months. That means building smarter systems, scalable processes, and a leadership team that thrives in controlled chaos.
We’ve been scrappy by design — but now we’re entering our next chapter. We’re looking for an experienced, execution-obsessed operator to take the reins and help us scale with intention.
The RoleWe’re hiring a VP of Strategic Operations to work closely with the CEO and COO to translate strategy into execution and build the infrastructure to scale. You’ll own the cross-functional programs that make the business run — from international expansion to team-wide project management, operational SOPs, and everything in between.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll work directly with every department head (Marketing, Product, Ops, Finance, Creative, and more) and be a trusted partner to senior leadership. Your job is to build systems, create clarity, reduce chaos, and keep the most important things moving forward.
