We are seeking a visionary VP Strategic Business Development to lead corporate strategy for our Autonomous Driving and mobility businesses, drive high-impact fundraising initiatives, and develop strategic partnerships - especially within the Bay Area technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Corporate & Mobility Strategy: Define and lead corporate strategy for Autobrains’ AD and mobility businesses, ensuring alignment with global growth objectives.
- Entrepreneurial Growth: Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities, market expansions, and revenue streams, leveraging an entrepreneurial approach to drive transformation.
- Fundraising Leadership: Drive investor engagement and lead fundraising activities with top-tier VCs, strategic investors, and corporate partners, focusing on long-term value creation.
- Bay Area Partnerships: Identify, build, and manage strategic alliances with technology companies, platforms, and mobility innovators in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Business Development: Explore and secure new business opportunities in the autonomous driving and mobility space, working with OEMs, ride-hailing operators, and fleet partners.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to shape Autobrains’ positioning and go-to-market approach.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Autobrains in high-profile industry events, investor meetings, and strategic negotiations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with R&D, product, and commercial teams to align technological capabilities with market needs and partnership goals.
Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the ADAS, Autonomous Driving, or mobility technology sectors, with deep industry relationships.
- Entrepreneurial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative strategies, and lead transformative business initiatives.
- Fundraising Acumen: Demonstrated success in raising capital from VCs, corporate investors, or strategic partners.
- Strategic Partnerships: Track record of securing high-value technology and business partnerships, ideally in the Bay Area ecosystem.
- Executive Presence: Capable of representing Autobrains at the highest industry levels, including boardrooms, conferences, and partner negotiations.
