Purpose Statement:  Ensure that quality parts are delivered to the production line, at the right time, in the right quantity and at favorable terms.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Directs the planning and movement of raw materials, in-process goods, or completed product which meets customer expectations, financial objectives and applicable trade regulations.
  • Develops policies, procedures, and processes related to materials sourcing, production planning, purchasing, inventory management, storage, and distribution.
  • Measures key performance indicators and sponsors continuous improvement and innovation initiatives with an aim to perform better over time.
  • Installs and cultivates a leadership team that achieves these capabilities.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the position's manager.
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and 10-14 years of experience in the related field. Previous management experience may have been in a Director role.

Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.

Travel Requirements:  

  • Less than 40%
