The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:
The Sales VP of Operations is a leadership position that provides overall direction and efficiency of all sales systems, processes, and workflows. This role is responsible for the direction and management of all Sales Operations functions including sales comp, sales reporting, sales process improvement, pricing, distributor and rep contract management, sales activities of our manufacturer’s representative partners (MR) and CRM management. The outcome includes building and managing a growing sales operations team; designing and implementing profitable sales programs; designing and optimizing sales process workflows; designing and implementing programs to optimize customer service efficiencies; and manage CRM workflow buildout. A leader that drives insight, robust reporting, and sales tools to the team of sales representatives for successful revenue generation and brand recognition.

What You’ll Do at Justrite:
Sales Program Design and Analytics:
- Lead the sales analytics and process improvement initiatives for the JSG ID sales team. This includes pro-active tracking and measurement, dashboard development and other analytics relevant to their functional areas
- Establish, define, and plan regional and national strategy in alignment with overall company strategy, with specific focus in revenue growth through end user customer targeting in focus verticals
- Lead sales incentive compensation plan design, reporting and maintenance
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
- Drive increased sales productivity by leading sales process installation and refinement; engage with sales leaders regularly to review sales opportunities and tracking against plan and provide recommendations for improvement
- Own Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) refinement, reporting, and administration to support the sales team
- Coach and lead the sales operations team in support of analytics preparation, interpretation and communication of results
- Develop monthly sales content and revenue updates for executive presentations and Board reporting
Third Party Manufacturing Representative Sales:
- Design sales programs to drive successful revenue generation through manufacturing representative (MR) partnerships
- Research strategies with each business unit to design and deploy specific sales actions to the MRs
- Manage and monitor the MRs specific goals to plan and incentive payments; hold all MRs accountable to monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Negotiate MR contract terms based on performance and Justrite Safety Group needs; manage contract documentation and drive future design of sales contract improvements
Sales Leadership:
- Directly manage a sales operations team to provide successful data and analytics to all sales representatives and leaders and other sales stakeholders
- Provide training and on-boarding to newly hired sales talent
- Manage performance expectation of direct staff relative to goal setting, consistent feedback and on-going development. Conducts annual performance reviews. Supports the JSG Core Values and company policies
Your Skills and Expertise:
To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Advanced management degree preferred.
- A minimum of 12 years proven success in sales and sales operations with progressive management roles in sales operations or comparable leadership position.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Excellent sales growth performance track and employee management experience
- Experience building sales process, programs, and incentive compensation plans
- Deep sales process knowledge and history of successful installation of a sales process and roadmap
- History of distribution contract design including functional discounting installation
- Experience in implementing and managing a metrics-based sales organization
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff, customers, and partners
- Strong administrative, management and talent recruitment and retainment skills

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $210,000 to $230,000.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
