About the role:

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Head (VP) of Revenue Operations to lead our Sales Strategy and Revenue Operations functions. This leader will serve as a critical partner to the CRO and Go-To-Market leadership, responsible for building the infrastructure, insights, and operational cadence that drive revenue growth, productivity, and commercial excellence. 

In this cross-functional role, you will oversee GTM planning, forecasting, analytics, compensation strategy, deal operations, and revenue systems. You’ll help shape how our revenue engine operates—from pipeline design to performance optimization.

 Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy & Planning 

  • Lead territory design, ICP segmentation, and account prioritization 
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on GTM initiatives with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal 
  • Own sales forecasting methodology and facilitate pipeline health reviews 
  • Develop playbooks and SLAs across the full GTM lifecycle (e.g., MQL to renewal) 
  • Champion change management across GTM systems, processes, and workflows 

Sales Compensation & Deal Operations 

  • Design and manage compensation plans across GTM teams, including SPIFs and incentives 
  • Operate a centralized deal desk for pricing strategy, discounting, and approval workflows 
  • Administer performance analytics and compensation systems (e.g., CaptivateIQ) 

Revenue Operations & Systems 

  • Lead optimization of the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and BI tools 
  • Automate quote-to-cash workflows to drive efficiency and speed 
  • Manage contract lifecycle operations: deal creation, onboarding, renewals, and terminations 
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Engineering on systems integrations and improvements 

Insights & Forecasting 

  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and unified reporting across GTM teams 
  • Deliver advanced forecasting, scenario planning, and performance insights 
  • Develop shared KPIs across GTM, aligned with strategic goals and functional accountability 
  • Improve rep productivity and coaching through data-driven performance insights 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or related commercial leadership roles 
  • Proven success in GTM planning, forecasting, territory design, and incentive strategy 
  • Deep analytical expertise with the ability to turn insights into action 
  • Experience managing and integrating tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, CaptivateIQ 
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive stakeholder management 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills 
  • Clear, concise, and executive-level communication abilities
