Develop and manage relationships, drive credit awareness, implement credit initiatives, collect and communicate market intelligence, and increase new credit applications, credit sales and penetration across the assigned market.

  • Maintain a highly visible presence in assigned region as the “face” of the credit program
  • Develop, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with Partner leadership.
  • Execute action plans with focus on further integration of the credit program into Partner culture, driving account acquisition and credit sales performance.
  • Respond and facilitate resolution to cardholder service escalations and other issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Partner to identify training opportunities and deliver training within assigned Region.
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence around best practices, customer feedback and market competition in assigned geography.
  • Support strategic initiatives and marketing programs to assist in maximizing new credit accounts, sales and penetration results.
  • Understand unique characteristics of Partner and industry, as well as competitive environment.
  • Maintain a communication network with the Citi Co-Brands and Retail Services businesses as well as within all relevant Partner channels. 
  • Work out of a home office.
  • All required office equipment and supplies will be provided.
  • 75% of time will be spent traveling within assigned market.
  • Overnight travel will be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and/or 5+ years credit or sales-related industry experience required.
  • Prior big-box retail management experience preferred.
  • Must have high energy and be self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to multi-task and respond to a variety of situations.
  • Strong communication and organizational ability
  • Excellent large group presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for creative problem solving.
  • Strong financial analysis/analytical skills.
  • Relationship building skills and flexible style.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
