POSITION SUMMARY: The VP of Product for the Sensei Dental Practice Management Software (DPMS) unit is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our flagship SaaS portfolio. Managing a product line valued at $100M+, you will lead a team of product managers to deliver world-class clinical and business solutions for dental practices. This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation, specifically overseeing the migration of a massive legacy install base into modern, scalable cloud environments.
KEY/SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Portfolio Strategy: Define and execute the long-term product vision for the Sensei DPMS suite, ensuring it remains the market leader in the dental practice management segment.
- P&L Ownership: Manage the $100M+ product portfolio, making data-driven decisions on resource allocation, pricing, and lifecycle management to maximize ROI.
- Cloud Transformation: Architect and lead the strategic transition of legacy on-premise customers to cloud-native SaaS solutions.
- Agile Leadership: Foster a high-velocity development culture centered on fast, iterative agile releases and continuous discovery.
- AI Strategy & Product Intelligence: Ability to identify and integrate generative and predictive AI capabilities into the DPMS workflow to automate clinical charting, enhance diagnostic accuracy, and optimize practice revenue cycles.
- Data-Driven Roadmap Optimization: Proven expertise in leveraging AI-driven analytics and machine learning models to automate backlog scoring (e.g., using RICE or Kano models powered by sentiment analysis) and build dynamic, predictive product roadmaps.
- Operational AI Implementation: Skilled in utilizing AI tools to analyze massive datasets from legacy systems, identifying migration patterns and user behaviors to streamline the transition to the cloud.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure product-market fit and seamless go-to-market execution.

- Strategic Visionary: Ability to see the "big picture" of the healthcare tech landscape and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Change Agent: Proven experience leading large-scale technical and cultural shifts within a product organization.
- Operational Excellence: Expert-level understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, CAC) and agile frameworks
REQUIRED SKILLS/PREFERRED SKILLS
- Required: 10–15 years of progressive product leadership experience within a SaaS environment.
- Required: Proven track record of managing a product portfolio exceeding $50M.
- Required: Deep expertise in managing fast-paced agile release cycles.
- Preferred: Direct experience in Healthcare IT or Dental Practice Management Software.
- Preferred: Specific experience navigating the technical and commercial complexities of legacy-to-cloud migrations
EDUCATION (Required/Preferred)
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: MBA or relevant Master’s degree.
