Lead Curology's AI-powered care platform Aira, focusing on mobile-first patient experiences, driving product strategy, and ensuring seamless human-AI collaboration while managing cross-functional teams.
The summary above was generated by AI

We’re looking for a visionary and execution-oriented VP of Product to lead our mobile app experience from its current foundation to scale. You’ll shape our mobile-first patient experience, drive intelligent automation across our care model, and partner deeply with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, and Design teams to bring to life the most ambitious product we’ve ever built.

This is not a traditional product leadership role. It’s an opportunity to redefine care.

Set the Vision & Strategy
  • Own and evolve the product strategy for our AI and mobile care platform grounded in our mission and rooted in deep understanding of patient, provider, and business needs.
  • Translate Curology’s strategic bets into scalable, consumer-grade mobile and AI-first experiences.
  • Define and track KPIs that measure success in patient experience, cost-to-serve, clinical quality, and engagement.
Build AI Into the Heart of the Experience
  • Drive seamless human-AI collaboration in how we intake, triage, counsel, and treat patients—leveraging LLMs and intelligent automation.
  • Design feedback loops and ensure models are rigorously evaluated and continuously improved.
  • Champion safety, trust, and medical rigor as first principles in every AI-enabled interaction.
Own the Mobile App Experience
  • Lead the product roadmap and execution for Curology’s mobile app—our primary patient touchpoint and home for care.
  • Ensure intuitive, high-performance, and emotionally resonant design in collaboration with UX and commercial teams.
  • Drive retention, activation, and conversion through a differentiated and delightful experience.
Partner, Inspire, and Execute
  • Lead a team while working shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Data, Design, and Clinical partners.
  • Work closely with our CEO and Head of Engineering & Data to shape Curology’s future of care.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and prioritize relentlessly across short-term delivery and long-term innovation.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of product leadership experience, with 5+ in consumer mobile and/or AI-native platforms.
  • Proven success leading 0→1 and 1→n product development in a highly cross-functional setting.
  • Deep empathy for users and a strong sense of product intuition—balanced by data and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and an understanding of how to productize them safely and effectively.
  • Exceptional communicator and stakeholder manager who brings clarity and conviction.
  • Mission-driven, ambitious, and energized by building the future of care.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits

You Will Love Working At Curology Because:

  • Competitive salary and equity packages
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees; flexible spending account; 401k; mental health & wellness programs
  • Minimum Time Off policy (unlimited PTO, with at least 3 weeks off) for exempt employees
  • 11 company observed holidays
  • Additional holidays: Curology days off (2 per year), 1 annual floating holiday (employee’s choice)
  • Paid parental leave
  • pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Employee donation matching program
  • Company-sponsored events
  • Free subscription to Curology or Agency (for you and another VIP of your choice!)

Salary Range: $275-300k (placement in range dependent on location and experience)

Curology encourages applications from people of all races, religions, national origins, genders, sexual orientations, gender identities, gender expressions, and ages, as well as veterans and individuals with disabilities. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
