As the VP, Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation, you’ll be at the center of how we evolve, scale, and optimize our company through people, programs, and process. You’ll lead the design and execution of strategic org-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence, cultural alignment, and workforce agility. Whether we’re entering new markets, integrating new teams, or shifting how we work, you’ll be a key architect and navigator of change.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive large-scale organizational transformation initiatives across the business to enhance effectiveness, adaptability, and culture.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align structure, talent, and operating models to evolving business strategies and growth goals.
  • Build frameworks and tools for organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement in employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness through innovative L&D initiatives.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of company-wide programs—like future of work, performance enablement, and leadership alignment.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the People Experience leadership team, influencing how we scale and evolve our global workforce.
  • Develop and operationalize change and communication strategies that foster transparency, trust, and engagement.
  • Leverage data and insights to assess organizational health, identify gaps, and measure the impact of interventions.
  • Lead a high-performing team of program and transformation experts, fostering innovation and accountability.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • A strong track record of designing and leading successful organizational transformation initiatives in complex, global environments.
  • Deep expertise in org design, change management, talent strategy, and culture transformation.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive Learning & Development strategies for a global organization.
  • Ability to partner across functions, earning trust and influencing outcomes at all levels—especially with C-suite stakeholders.
  • A systems thinker who can connect dots, simplify complexity, and create scalable solutions that elevate the employee experience.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environments—with a bias for action and impact.
  • A collaborative leadership style that builds high-trust, high-performance teams.

  • You bring a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • You have 12+ years of progressive experience across HR Operations, Program Management, and Administration.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $244,000 to $306,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
