PIC Business Systems, part of the Fullsteam organization, is a leading web-based integrated (ERP) solutions provider for small, mid-sized, and enterprise-level businesses in the Window Coverings and Wholesale Distribution industries. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic VP of Operations to join our team.

Job Summary: 

The VP of Operations will be responsible for operational leadership, on-the-ground execution, and scale of PIC. Reporting to the President, the VP of Operations will ensure consistent performance, operational efficiency, and integration. This role is accountable for aligning cross-functional teams to deliver predictable revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • ​​​Lead day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. 
  • ​Drive revenue enablement by aligning sales, customer success, and support functions. 
  • ​Establish scalable processes and performance metrics across operations. 
  • ​Partner with the President on growth strategies, business reviews, and execution cadence. 
  • ​Mentor and develop leadership talent across the business.​​ 

Skills & Competencies: 

  • ​​Strong operational and financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience. 
  • ​Proven track record of scaling software or technology-enabled businesses. 
  • ​Expertise in process improvement, organizational design, and KPI-driven management. 
  • ​Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. 
  • ​Excellent communication, change management, and leadership presence.​ 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ​​15+ years of leadership experience in software, SaaS, or vertical market technology companies.
  • ​Experience managing multi-business unit operations, ideally in a portfolio or PE-backed environment.
  • ​Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth and margin improvement. 
  • ​Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field (MBA preferred).​
