What You’ll Do
The Vice President of Network will serve as the leader of Strive’s unified Network function. This expansive role will include responsibility for network strategy, growth, practice transformation, network management and patient growth.. The VP of Network will partner closely with Strive’s Chief Nephrologist and market leadership, including Market Presidents and Regional Medical Directors, to execute on the local network vision. 

The Day to Day
•    This individual will be responsible for the buildout of our provider and facility strategy 
•    Advocate internally for new tools, technology and resources to build out strategy and workflow
•    Own the implementation and management of our incentive programs 
•    Accountable for network performance, demonstrating differentiated outcomes for engaged providers
•    Developing a standardized, scalable management structure of the provider network
•    Develop and manage OKRs for the Network team
•    Responsibility for Strive’s participation in Medicare’s value-based kidney model, CKCC
•    Growth and contracting of our provider network, particularly through Strive’s incentive programs
•    Drive patient growth strategies through our contracted provider network
•    Retention and satisfaction of our provider network 

Minimum Qualifications
•    10+ years of experience in network management, provider relations, or healthcare services with a focus on value-based care or related fields
•    Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field 
•    6+ years experience managing direct reports

Preferred Qualifications
•    Deep knowledge of risk-based provider contracting, current healthcare marketplace dynamics, quality metrics, and population health management
•    Proven ability to design and implement complex healthcare initiatives, with strong consulting and operations background plus experience building high-performing teams
•    Track record of successful network expansion and optimization, combined with strong negotiation capabilities and relationship management in payer-provider partnerships

About You
•    Excellent presentation skills and comfort speaking publicly
•    Excellent problem-solving skills required, including creativity and resourcefulness. Ability to analyze technical issues and resolve administrative problems. Ability to exercise use of independent judgement 
•    Ability to lead a large team across several functional areas
•    Provider contracting experience
•    Strong written and verbal communicator, particularly with physician leadership
•    Deep understanding of providers, particularly independent practices

Annual Base Salary Range: $173,000 - $225,000
