About the role:
Landing is entering a new era of scale — and we’re looking for a bold, visionary Vice President of National Accounts to lead the charge. In this executive sales role, you’ll be the face and force behind our flagship product, Autopilot, overseeing national sales execution and building the relationships that will power our next wave of growth.

This isn’t just a sales job — it’s a high-stakes, high-reward leadership role for someone who can craft enterprise strategies, command a room, and close complex deals at the highest levels. With a strong OTE and upside, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact and get rewarded for it.

What you will do:

  • Lead Autopilot’s national expansion — take full ownership of driving revenue, growth, and long-term client partnerships at scale.
  • Develop and execute enterprise-level acquisition plans for strategic multifamily ownership and property management groups nationwide.
  • Drive the entire sales lifecycle — from consultative pitch to close, you’ll lead sophisticated, relationship-first engagements with top-tier decision-makers.
  • Build deep, trusted partnerships with industry leaders, leveraging your network to unlock new opportunities and open doors others can’t.
  • Design and refine commercial strategy, bringing insight, structure, and innovation to how we grow and scale.
  • Partner across the business with Operations, Product, and Finance to align goals, clear obstacles, and execute seamlessly.
  • Represent Landing on the national stage, at industry events, conferences, and in executive boardrooms.
  • Mentor and influence the Development team — model excellence in sales execution and strategic thinking.

What’s exciting about this role:

  • Executive impact: You’re part of the leadership core driving our most important business vertical.
  • Massive earnings upside: With a strong OTE, uncapped commission, and national scope — this is where strategy meets high reward.
  • Market ownership: Shape the strategy and lead the execution across top U.S. markets.
  • Top-tier product: You’ll be selling a differentiated, in-demand solution in the multifamily industry
  • Limitless opportunity: You’re not inheriting a book — you’re building and owning a revenue empire.

What you need:

  • 8+ years of experience leading B2B enterprise sales in multifamily businesses
  • A trusted partner and hunter, with deep relationships in the multifamily industry and a knack for navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • A strategic thinker and tactical executor, comfortable owning both the vision and the close.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller — you turn insights into influence.
  • Highly driven and goal-oriented, with a relentless pursuit of results.
  • Able to thrive in hyper-growth, bringing structure, process, and focus to a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable with frequent traveling
  • Nice to have: Willing to relocate to Birmingham, AL HQ

Landing aims to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth. We offer a competitive benefits package we are proud to share with you!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
