JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Maaco brand is looking for a motivated, experienced leader who is data-driven and team-focused for a role as Vice President of Marketing for Maaco, North America’s Bodyshop. This Marketing leader will be responsible for the planning, creative execution and launch of all retail marketing programs, campaigns and promotions. You will act as project manager and owner from concept to completion – ensuring thorough leadership and communication with all team members every step of the way. Working across all Maaco departments and shared service departments to develop plans and solutions that drive business, will be an important part to succeed in this role.

How you will Own It:

  • Strength in multi-channel marketing strategy and execution

  • Manage and develop marketing team members to support franchisee relations, as well as support the execution of programs not only for marketing but the business

  • Responsible for planning and implementation of marketing campaigns; including quarterly promotions, cross department and marketing projects

  • Lead marketing team, cross departmental teams, and vendors to outline business and project goals, scope, resource needs and timelines

  • Work with agency partners to create and deploy effective promotional campaigns and creative across digital and direct response tactics inclusive of paid search, paid social, programmatic display, programmatic audio/video, direct mail, radio, TV, and out-of-home

  • Understand weekly/monthly sales data to inform local marketing/advertising plans and provide recommendations/adjustments to maintain strong sales growth opportunities

  • Ability to customize and tailor the strategy around proper segmentations, consumer testing, business performance, as well as communicate changes and pivots in a simple manner.

  • Be influential in presenting and gaining support for plans across multiple constituents such as operations and executive leadership.

  • Highly articulate in both oral and written communications, with the interpretive/analytical skills to convert charts, graphs and research findings into a story appropriate for leadership level audiences, as well as, franchise owner and employee audiences.

What you’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; Preferred MBA or commensurate experience

  • 10+  years of relevant Marketing and Team Leadership experience; Strong marketing background with proven results

  • Strong leadership qualities to motivate talented team of marketing professionals

  • Experience managing and directing marketing agencies

  • Proficient and passionate problem-solver

  • Ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time

  • Conceptualization and implementation skills relating to new strategies

  • Self-starter that excels in a performance driven environment is detailed oriented and has the ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior management/leaders

  • Knowledge of franchise operations a plus

  • Strong understanding of digital media across paid search, paid social, and programmatic buying

Compensation Range:

$213,100.00 - $380,500.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
