Role Summary/Purpose: 

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded marketing leader to drive acquisition, activation, usage, and retention within the dental independent segmentThe ideal candidate will excel at developing innovative, data-driven marketing strategies and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and internal teams to expand partnerships and deliver meaningful business results.

Occasionally you may be required to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as business or team meetings, training and culture events.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing initiatives that support acquisition, activation, usage, and retention of independent veterinary practices. 

  • Develop and execute omni-channel marketing plans tailored to independent practices, aligning with both CareCredit and dental business objectives. 

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to segment and prioritize resources to maximize growth opportunities. 

  • Develop and present marketing strategies, quarterly business reviews, and annual marketing calendars to stakeholders. 

  • Leverage research, analytics, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and action plans. 

  • Design and deploy B2B and B2B2C marketing programs that drive new provider and consumer accounts and volume growth. 

  • Support client education and training programs that empower independent practice teams to enhance customer financial experiences. 

  • Innovate offers, pricing, and promotional campaigns to increase CareCredit usage and retention. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with H&W marketing functions, analytics, finance, and agency teams to optimize campaign performance and ROI. 

  • Manage marketing budgets, including forecasting and expense tracking. 

  • Lead cross-functional projects and drive collaboration across multiple levels of management. 

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience with at least 10 years in marketing. 

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. 

  • At least 2 years of client-facing experience in marketing, sales, or business development. 

  • Experience in consumer marketing. 

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

  • Effective communicator able to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.

  • High-energy self-starter comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Grade/Level: 13

                                                                      

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.  Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles.  Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post.  All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
