Vice President of Finance – Manufacturing & Distribution
We’re seeking an accomplished Vice President of Finance to lead the financial strategy, accounting operations, and IT functions of a growing manufacturing and distribution organization. This is a hands-on executive leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership across Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to guide executive decision-making.
Direct the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with operations and IT to enhance systems, automate processes, and improve data-driven decision-making.
Lead cost accounting, inventory management, and margin analysis for manufacturing and distribution operations.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other key external stakeholders.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance, accounting, and IT team to support the company’s continued growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing or distribution.
Proven experience overseeing IT strategy or systems implementation a strong plus.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, process improvement, and financial reporting.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
