· Serve as the escalation point for delivery-related challenges, resource misalignment, and solution execution issues across active engagements.
· Lead operational rigor across delivery including resourcing, onboarding, technical onboarding, project tracking, delivery methodology, and knowledge management.
· Partner with the Director of Delivery Management to ensure effective sales-to-delivery handoffs, staffing approvals, and project readiness.
· Monitor and improve delivery quality KPIs including customer satisfaction, utilization, delivery consistency, and consulting excellence.
· Identify cross-engagement trends, root causes of escalations, and opportunities for internal process improvement or new offerings.
· Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architecture teams to scope engagements and translate delivery insights into future offerings.
· Own internal documentation of best practices, delivery frameworks, and knowledge transfer protocols for the consulting organization.
· Participate in pipeline and forecast meetings to support proactive resourcing and staffing plans for upcoming projects.
Experience
· 10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or technology delivery environments, with at least 3+ years managing technical consulting teams.
· 5+ Experience working in or alongside cloud architecture, engineering, or software delivery teams, with Microsoft Azure projects. Individuals without hands-on technical experience in Microsoft Azure should not apply.
· Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and solving complex operational issues in a fast-paced services environment.
· Experience with project lifecycle execution, agile delivery methodologies, technical delivery metrics, and project escalation handling.
· Strong understanding of sales-to-delivery processes and solution selling practices.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders, consultants, and customers.

· Demonstrated ability to implement scalable process improvements and coach others through organizational change.
· Previous hands-on experience in a cloud engineering, data engineering, or application modernization role is required. Candidates without a proven history of being a technology individual contributor in their career should not apply.
