As a Vice President, Business Manager in Customer Experience, Marketing, Benefits and Credit Products, you'll help shape strategy and drive operational excellence. Job Summary
As a Vice President, Business Manager in Customer Experience, Marketing, Benefits and Credit Products, you'll help shape strategy and drive operational excellence. Job Responsibilities
- Owns all chief of staff responsibilities, inclusive of managing day-to-day operations
- Shape and communicate the organization's strategy and key initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility of major achievements to executive stakeholders
- Drive the execution of top strategic initiatives, proactively rolling up sleeves to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborate across product teams to deliver against business objectives, owning the tracking and execution of key milestones
- Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for the leadership team and the broader organization, ensuring focused discussions and real-time alignment
- Partner with Finance and HR to manage headcount planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or chief of staff roles
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills - you can create compelling, eye-catching presentations and develop complex reports with little or no oversight
- Strong relationship builder comfortable collaborating with and influencing Managing Director-level team members
- Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Experience working in financial services
