The Role:
The Vice President of Business Development – Staffing Services will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for both EOR and staffing services, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in HR technology sales, EOR, payroll, and staffing services, with a demonstrated ability to secure C-level meetings and close high-value deals.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong track record of building new lead funnels, and understands the evolving landscape of workforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for EOR and staffing services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, key clients, and partners, selling directly and through channel partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, the competitive landscape, and potential customer segments for workforce solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking of key performance metrics, and timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Partner with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials that effectively promote EOR and staffing solutions.
- Report regularly to the executive team on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of sales experience in HR technology, payroll, EOR services, and staffing solutions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and consistently achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of EOR solutions, workforce management practices, and staffing services.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and build new lead funnels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
