The Vice President, B2B Product Innovation is responsible for driving the vision, development, and commercialization of innovative B2B payment solutions that accelerate growth across embedded payments, ERP integrations, and partner ecosystems. This leader will champion customer-centric product innovation, identify emerging market opportunities, and bring differentiated payment capabilities to market that enhance customer value, increase adoption, and drive revenue growth. The role serves as the bridge between customer needs, market trends, technology capabilities, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and lead Nuvei's B2B product innovation agenda across embedded payments, ERP platforms, and indirect channel ecosystems.

· Identify emerging market trends, customer pain points, and technology opportunities to create next-generation payment solutions.

· Drive ideation, validation, and commercialization of new B2B products, features, and platform capabilities.

· Build and manage an innovation pipeline that delivers differentiated products and sustainable competitive advantage.

· Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to accelerate innovation from concept through launch.

· Develop innovative payment experiences that improve customer adoption, retention, and lifetime value.

· Champion customer-centric product design through direct engagement with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

· Lead innovation efforts around embedded finance, automation, AI-enabled payments, ERP workflows, and emerging commerce technologies.

· Evaluate build, buy, and partnership opportunities to accelerate product innovation and market expansion.

· Drive product adoption through commercialization strategies, solution packaging, and enablement initiatives.

· Establish innovation KPIs, product success metrics, and portfolio performance reporting.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

· 10+ years of leadership experience in payments, fintech, software platforms, or embedded finance.

· Proven track record of launching and scaling innovative B2B products and payment solutions.

· Deep expertise in embedded payments, ERP ecosystems, merchant technologies, or financial technology platforms.

· Experience leading product innovation, product development, and commercialization initiatives.

· Demonstrated success translating customer needs and market opportunities into high-growth products.

· Strong cross-functional leadership experience across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.

· Experience working in high-growth, rapidly evolving technology environments.
