The Opportunity:

We are seeking creative, forward-thinking individuals to join our design team in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth. As a Visual Photoshop Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality digital banner ads for our diverse range of US clients. Working alongside advertisers of all sizes, you’ll have the chance to contribute to streamlining the design process and embracing new technology to elevate our workflow. As A.I. enthusiasts, we are constantly seeking ways to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks, integrating AI wherever possible to enhance our creative output.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and develop digital banner ads for our clients using our Adobe Photoshop artboard-based system.

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, refine, and finalize design concepts, ensuring they meet client specifications and expectations.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with a team of designers, client managers, and external partners to deliver outstanding results.

  • Continuously learn and apply new design trends, tools, and techniques to stay ahead in the industry.

Who You Are:

  • A proficient Photoshop expert with a deep understanding of artboards and smart objects.

  • Eager to embrace emerging technology and design methodologies while continuously exploring new tools and techniques.

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proactive in communication and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in typography, visual design, and creative concepts.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field.

  • Strong Photoshop skills (Artboards and smart objects experience preferred).

  • A portfolio demonstrating mastery in graphic design and typography.

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • A passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • An eagerness to take ownership of projects and deliver results.

  • Interest or experience in other creative fields, such as web design, print, motion graphics, video editing, AI or audio editing.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for creative collaboration, with a playful and positive attitude.
