Ryz Labs is seeking an innovative CEO to lead Ntrvsta - a company revolutionizing the recruitment industry through AI-driven interview automation. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing operations, and driving growth and innovation. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in AI technologies and human resources.

Ntrevista is an AI-powered platform that automates the interview process, offering fully automated, live AI interviews for both technical and non-technical roles. Its features include 24/7 availability, adaptive difficulty, friendly AI avatars, and multilingual support, all designed to streamline recruitment and enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within the AI or HR technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of AI-driven automation and recruitment technologies.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and innovation.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial plans.

- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.

- Understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI interview services.

- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial performance to ensure sustainable growth.

- Team Development: Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and investors.

- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and user base growth.

- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and uphold corporate integrity.
