We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team remotely. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and helping keep operations running smoothly. The position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable using online tools.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Manage calendars, appointments, and emails
    •    Organize files and maintain records
    •    Assist with online research and data entry
    •    Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
    •    Coordinate with team members and clients
    •    Handle basic customer inquiries or support requests
    •    Follow instructions to complete tasks on time

Qualifications
    •    Strong organizational and time management skills
    •    Good written and verbal communication
    •    Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
    •    Ability to multitask and prioritize work
    •    Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
    •    Previous experience as an assistant or in administrative support is a plus but not required
