Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support business operations, marketing efforts, and international outreach. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update business profiles across various online platforms
  • Support marketing activities (social media, email outreach, content posting, etc.)
  • Conduct online research and compile findings in organized reports
  • Contact international companies and coordinate communications across time zones
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, document prep, follow-ups)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
  • Strong written communication and professional phone/email etiquette
  • Excellent organization, accuracy, and time management
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
