Storer Transportation is seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level operational and administrative backing. This remote role demands a multi-tasker who can handle calendar coordination, structure digital project spaces, screen high volumes of emails, and compile management summaries effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling partner meetings, corporate webinars, and internal reviews.
  • Screen, sort, and draft responses for high-volume corporate email accounts, prioritizing vital messages.
  • Format professional presentations, write meeting minutes, and compile regular operational updates for leadership.
  • Coordinate digital document storage plans, ensuring contract lists and expense sheets are labeled correctly.
  • Undertake ad-hoc research tasks and manage minor project tracking needs across administrative groups.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or virtual coordinator.
  • Expert fluency with productivity suites like Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Supreme time-management habits with an ability to pivot between different tasks smoothly.
