The Crown Is Yours
As a VIP Associate, you'll deliver premium, high-touch service to our most valuable players through personalized outreach and tailored promotional experiences. You'll execute the day-to-day strategy of our industry-leading VIP engagement program, using insight and intuition to understand player needs and strengthen long-term loyalty. Working at the intersection of customer experience and performance, you'll directly influence retention, engagement, and the way our top players connect with our products.
What you'll do as a VIP Associate
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with VIP players while identifying opportunities to elevate their overall experience.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies based on player behavior, preferences, and performance data.
  • Own and strategically allocate a dedicated promotional budget to maximize engagement while aligning with business objectives.
  • Represent our brand at exclusive customer events and experiences, to deepen relationships and increase player advocacy.
  • Proactively enhance the VIP journey by recommending tailored offers, incentives, and premium experiences.
  • Monitor player activity and performance trends, using data-driven insights to optimize engagement strategies and retention efforts.
  • Execute all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming standards and regulatory requirements.

What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a customer-facing role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or a high-touch customer service environment supporting premium or high-value clients.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust through authentic engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player data, behavioral trends, and performance metrics to guide outreach strategies.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends to support player events and engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required State Gaming License.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 54,400.00 USD - 68,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
