The Role

The Video Producer will be responsible for driving the creation of dynamic, engaging video content to elevate BeyondTrust’s marketing, brand awareness, and thought leadership initiatives. This individual will be the go-to expert in producing a variety of video content, from customer testimonials and explainer videos to event recaps and motion graphics-heavy projects. They will bring a storytelling mindset and technical expertise to deliver compelling, polished videos that resonate with our target audiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content to support BeyondTrust’s marketing, brand, and product initiatives.
  • Design and create motion graphics for explainer videos, demos, intros/outros, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Events teams) to understand business goals and translate them into impactful video assets.
  • Manage end-to-end production, including pre-production (storyboarding, scriptwriting, planning), production (shooting, directing), and post-production (editing, graphics, sound design).
  • Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring adherence to platform-specific requirements (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Stay current on video production trends and technologies to push creative boundaries.
  • Manage video assets, including organization, archiving, and versioning.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in video production and editing, preferably in a B2B, technology company environment or creative agency. Experience in cybersecurity, IAM and PAM preferred.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing/motion graphics tools.
  • Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and composition.
  • Experience producing videos for a range of formats, including short-form social videos, product demos, and event coverage.
  • Familiarity with audio recording, lighting, and camera equipment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Knowledge of 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion work, branding projects, animation, editing, and creative content.
