Video Editor - Social Media
We’re looking for a highly creative and fast-thinking Video Editor to join our team in Irvine, Southern California. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and loves bringing bold, engaging content to life for social media platforms.
What you will be doing:
- Edit short-form and long-form social media videos with a sharp, engaging style.
- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, ads, and social content.
- Add motion graphics, captions, and effects to elevate storytelling.
- Stay up to date on current social trends and adapt editing style to match platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Think on your feet and contribute actively to the overall creative process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience editing content for social media (portfolio required).
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
- Highly creative, quick learner, and strong problem-solver.
- Comfortable collaborating with a creative team and taking feedback.
***Must be based in or willing to commute to Irvine, CA.
Location: Onsite, Irvine CA
Position Type: Full-time, exempt
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 DOE
