This is a remote position.
Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality videos
Add transitions, effects, text, subtitles, and background music
Create short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns
Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling standards
Retouch and enhance video quality (color correction, audio sync, etc.)
Collaborate with content creators, educators, and the marketing team
Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling approaches
Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the timely delivery of projects
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines consistently
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in video editing or similar role
Basic understanding of video composition, storytelling, color, and typography
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
Ability to work with different media formats and editing styles
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work
Background in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
Experience in social media content creation (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations
