This is a remote position.

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Creator to produce high-converting promotional videos for our advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience creating engaging content for home services and e-commerce brands, understands performance marketing, and can deliver videos that capture attention and drive results.


Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling promotional videos for paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.).

  • Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video ads.

  • Develop short-form and long-form video content optimized for conversions.

  • Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, and visual effects where appropriate.

  • Adapt videos to different platforms and aspect ratios.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative concepts and campaign objectives.

  • Revise videos based on feedback while meeting project deadlines.

  • Stay current with video advertising trends and best practices.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience creating promotional and advertising videos.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful work for home services and/or e-commerce businesses.

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

  • Experience creating high-performing social media ad creatives.

  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, branding, and direct-response marketing.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UGC-style ads and performance marketing creatives.

  • Basic motion graphics and animation skills.

  • Knowledge of AI-assisted video editing tools is a plus.

  • Experience conducting basic colour correction and audio enhancement.
