We are looking for a talented, resourceful producer who will develop and produce livestream shopping shows and create social commerce videos for our PureWow TikTok channel. 

About You:

  • Strong interest in TikTok, TikTok Shop and livestream programming
  • Enjoy researching and learning about products and brands
  • Thrive in the adrenaline-filled atmosphere and unpredictability of live
  • A creative storyteller with a nose for sales who can combine entertainment and selling techniques 
  • Organized, detail-oriented and buttoned-up planner
  • Willing to study and learn best practices from experts, competitors and data
  • Able to think and pivot on the fly based on real time data and viewer interaction
  • A talent for preparing and getting the best out of our live hosts 
  • Would enjoy being part of our “live crew” adding energy and commentary to shows

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop livestream shopping shows in collaboration with PureWow editors
  • Research product sales trends and coordinate with brands 
  • Oversee pre-production planning (host prep, set prep, production logistics)
  • Produce, direct and moderate livestream shopping shows
  • During shows, interact with hosts and comments to add energy, color and information 
  • During shows, analyze data and user comments to continually optimize on the fly, and after shows, make recommendations for improvements in future shows 
  • Ideate and execute shoppable and promotional social videos

The Specifics:

  • Freelance with potential for full time 
  • LA-based
  • Hybrid: some remote but in-studio for production, meetings, etc
  • Compensation: $35-50 an hour

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in producing livestream content, live shopping and/or social video
