Role Summary:
The VP of Innovation & Transformation will be responsible for leading strategic innovation across the Professional Services Vertical. This role is designed to drive internal and external transformation, foster collaboration with the CTO organization, and build scalable, reusable solutions that enhance delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong understanding of emerging technologies, delivery operations, and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Innovation Leadership
- Define and execute the innovation strategy aligned with business goals and CTO initiatives.
- Identify and incubate high-impact ideas that improve delivery efficiency, client outcomes, and internal capabilities.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with CTO, Chief Architect, and Delivery Leaders to co-create innovation roadmaps.
- Serve as a bridge between technology and delivery, ensuring alignment and shared outcomes.
🔹 AI & Automation Enablement
- Lead initiatives such as GenAI adoption, automation frameworks, and the Agent Factory model.
- Drive experimentation and rapid prototyping of new solutions.
🔹 IP & Framework Development
- Build reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices for delivery teams.
- Promote knowledge sharing and standardization across engagements.
🔹 Internal Enablement & Coaching
- Run innovation workshops, hackathons, and enablement sessions for delivery teams.
- Mentor innovation champions across regions and practices.
🔹 Client Co-Innovation
- Lead client-facing innovation engagements, including POCs and transformation programs.
- Position the organization as a thought leader in transformation.
🔹 Governance & Metrics
- Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure innovation impact.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years in professional services, delivery, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology, AI, automation, and delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with CTO or product organizations is a plus.
