Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for the Vice President (VP) of Marketing, focused on BPO and outsourcing services. knows the outsourcing and BPO landscape, and would be responsible for our landing pages, creative marketing such as outreach collateral, as well as internal lead generation for researching regions, assisting the business development team. VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and expand its global market presence. Key tasks include market planning, conducting market research, overseeing marketing management initiatives, and driving public relations efforts. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, analysis of industry trends, and management of marketing budgets to achieve organizational growth objectives. Knows the outsourcing and BPO landscape and would be responsible for our landing pages creative marketing such as outreach collateral, as well as internal lead generation for researching regions, and the business development team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Market Planning and Market Research to drive data-driven decisions
• Proven expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management to develop and execute effective campaigns
• Solid understanding of Public Relations to enhance brand image and communication
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with BPO and outsourcing industries is a MUST
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a global and remote environment
