We partner with the most forward-thinking organizations to deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions that transform the way enterprises operate. By building a deep ecosystem of technology partnerships, we accelerate innovation, broaden market reach, and create value for our customers across industries.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Technology Partnerships to lead our strategic relationships with hyperscalers, semiconductor leaders, and data/AI platforms — including NVIDIA, AMD, Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Azure. This executive will own the strategy, execution, and growth of our tech partnership ecosystem, aligning it closely with product and GTM priorities.
The VP will manage a team of three direct reports and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize partner value. Success in this role means shaping a best-in-class partner program that drives revenue, expands market presence, and advances our AI-native platform vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Leadership
- Define and execute multi-year technology partnership strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with hyperscalers, chipmakers, and AI/data platform partners.
- Negotiate and manage joint GTM agreements, integrations, and co-development initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product & Engineering teams to deliver deep integrations and co-innovation opportunities.
- Drive GTM alignment with Sales and Marketing to ensure partner solutions translate into pipeline and revenue.
- Oversee legal, financial, and operational aspects of partner agreements.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of three Partner Managers/Directors.
- Establish best practices in partner management, enablement, and reporting.
- Foster a collaborative, outcome-driven culture within the partnerships function.
- Performance & Growth
- Establish and track KPIs: partner-influenced revenue, integration adoption, joint pipeline generation.
- Report regularly to the executive team on partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Continuously refine strategy based on market shifts and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record managing relationships with NVIDIA, AMD, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or similar partners.
- Strong technical and business acumen — able to engage both engineering and C-level executives.
- Experience building and scaling partner programs that directly impact revenue and product adoption.
- Excellent negotiation, influence, and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated success leading and mentoring high-performing partnerships teams.
