As an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Card Data & Analytics team, you will lead Strategy & Execution and support the Head of Card Data & Analytics as Chief of Staff. You will have the opportunity to lead high-priority cross-team projects, interact with senior leaders, and influence team dynamics. Your responsibilities will include business management for Card D&A, designing and leading strategic projects across Card D&A, supporting the creation and update of our Book of Work, and representing Card D&A in different forums. In this role, you will be a reliable advisor to senior leaders of the firm and part of a team that values collaboration and professional growth, providing opportunities to work on impactful projects and develop your skills. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, organized, self-motivated, exceptional at storytelling, and able to distill insights from diverse sources of information.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive strategic priorities for Card D&A, serving as an objective thought partner to leadership.
- Collaborate with teams across functional areas such as data science, finance, product, and marketing.
- Create impactful presentations to influence diverse stakeholders and drive action.
- Design and manage strategic and PMO reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve cross-team collaboration, onboard and train junior members of the team.
- Assist in creating CEO-level executive communications.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, FinTech, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience, leading 2+ people.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with strong academic credentials.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (storytelling).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems.
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- MBB Consulting experience.
- Graduate degree in Business (MBA), Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, including influencing senior stakeholders and working with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with data, analytics, ML/AI techniques.
