Job Summary

At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Vice President of Sales leads and motivates a high-performing sales team, sets and monitors sales goals, and analyzes market data to identify growth opportunities. They build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, represent the company at industry events, and provide regular performance updates.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team of regional directors, account managers, and sales representatives 
  • Establish and monitor sales goals, quotas, and forecasts for each region and market segment 
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with the marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales initiatives 
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and conferences 
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field 
  • 10 years of sales experience in the commercial flooring industry or a similar B2B environment 
  • 5 years of sales leadership experience managing regional or national teams
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering value 
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
