Reports To:  CEO

About the Company:

TGR Solutions, Inc. is an industry leader in cutting-edge robotics solutions based in the heart of Los Angeles, California. We develop robotics solutions from the ground up and focus on building integrated systems that empower both organizations and individuals to harness the transformative force of robotics and AI.

Our team has been at the forefront of deploying intelligent autonomous robots into a nascent market. Our flagship product line, ADIBOT, is an industry leader in cutting-edge UV-C disinfection solutions, deployed across hospitals in global markets.

Each member of the TGR Solutions team hails from diverse disciplines and backgrounds and has been the driving force behind groundbreaking robotic products.

Job Description:

The Vice-President of Sales will lead and build TGR’s sales organization from the ground up – not just growing revenue, but designing the infrastructure, strategy, and partnership structure that will define how TGR scales as a business. This is a role for a proven sales executive who has already succeeded in a larger, more established organization and is looking for a new challenge: the opportunity to build something meaningful, doing work that’s genuinely engaging and has direct, visible impact.

Responsibilities:

· Design and execute TGR’s sales strategy – building a scalable, repeatable go-to-market engine.

· Build core sales infrastructure: compensation and quota structure, territory and account assignment methodology, CRM configuration, and forecasting/reporting systems.

· Develop pricing strategy and packaging for products, service offerings, and partnership/deal structures.

· Structure, negotiate, and manage strategic partnership and distribution agreements that expand TGR’s market reach.

· Build and execute account-expansion playbooks to grow product footprint within existing enterprise accounts.

· Establish sales and operating processes appropriate for a scaling organization.

· Set clear performance metrics and quotas, and establish account and territory priorities across the sales organization.

· Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to continuously refine strategy.

· Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing sales team.

· Provide training, tools, and enablement resources; personally engage with key customers, prospects, and partners when it matters, including outside standard business hours when timing calls for it.

· Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to the CEO and senior leadership.

· Ensure consistent CRM utilization and pipeline discipline across the sales organization.

· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to promote TGR’s brand and solutions.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

· 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3-5+ years in a VP, Director, or equivalent senior leadership role with direct P&L or multi-team quota ownership.

· Proven track record of success in capital sales, selling technology deals ranging from $20k to $1M+.

· Demonstrated experience building scalable sales infrastructure – compensation design, pricing strategy, partnership structuring, or forecasting systems – at a company during a key scaling stage, not solely managing an already-mature program.

· Experience building rigorous forecasting and reporting discipline (clean forecasting, documented process, defensible pipeline data).

· Strong understanding of the healthcare environment, including hospital operations, infection control, and regulatory requirements; experience in infection prevention environment is highly desired.

· Experience developing and executing multi-channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

· Deep understanding of cultural nuances and business practices relevant to global markets.

· Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

· Comfortable operating with significant ownership and autonomy in a smaller environment, while bringing the discipline and rigor of a larger organization.

· Experience building account-based expansion strategies to grow revenue within existing large enterprise accounts.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
